Kazakhstan lags behind fashion a little, but generally stumbles behind it.
And only a few moneybags continue to play in secrecy. One of the most outstanding examples is Kairat Satybaldy. Rumor has it that in order not to be included in the Forbes list, Elbasy’s nephew pays hefty money to the respected franchise.

Considering that the Forbes-50 2021 list now includes citizens with a total fortune of $ 80 million, Elbasy’s nephew has managed to drastically become impoverished since 2018. You cannot write this into assets. But there are other assets, namely the Luxembourg ones. I have not checked, but maybe Kairat Satybaldy is on the Forbes List of the Benelux? Then that explains everything.
It turned out that Kazakhtelecom – the monopoly legacy of the USSR – has been largely owned by Skyline Investment Company S.A. at least since 2018. and its only shareholder – Kairat Satybaldy. And there can be a lot of such companies – just not all jurisdictions told about it. But another company associated with Satybaldy, the already mentioned Alatau Capital Invest, also the minority owner of Kazakhtelecom is famous for the fact that in the crisis year for the country in 2020 he paid taxes in the amount of … 11 tenge. On the other hand, Skyline Investment Company regularly receives deductions from Kazakhstan and pays taxes from it, supporting the good duke and his country. Such is the cheerful kok-boru, in the role of a ram – the people of Kazakhstan.
